UNWRAPPED · OPTIONAL PREPARATION
Discovery Call Notes
A few notes can make a 30-minute conversation more useful. Rough estimates and “I don’t know yet” are welcome. You do not need to complete this sheet to contact Unwrapped.
Print this page or keep notes in your own document. There is nothing to submit here. Keep financial records, personal details about others, credentials and confidential client information out of your inquiry.
1. Pick one recurring workflow
What gets produced, how often, and what makes it difficult? Describe the team’s work without naming individual employees.
2. Describe the current effort
Roughly how much team time does it take each month? What is measured, and what is an estimate? Where does work wait or need rechecking?
3. Name the outcome
What would you want to improve: reliability, a deadline, capacity for other work, or a documented cost? Time released is not automatically cash saved.
4. Note tools and constraints
Which systems are involved? What have you already tried? Describe access or data restrictions in general terms; no files or login details are needed.
5. Bring your decision questions
Who would help assess the scope and decide what happens next? What would you need to know before proceeding?

Read the illustrative audit sample. It demonstrates the format and assumptions; it is not a client result or a forecast for your business.
The audit covers five priority workflows in one business unit for $7,500. Implementation is scoped separately. Read the scope.
